Vital Signs: Temperature 100°F, Blood Pressure 110/70 mmHg, Heart Rate 93 beats/min, SaO2 95% on ventilator
General Appearance: Intubated, sedated
HEENT: Normal conjunctiva, no scleral icterus, endotracheal tube in place and connected to ventilator
Lymph: No cervical lymphadenopathy
Cardiovascular: No JVD, regular rhythmstethoscope
Pulmonary: Breath sounds present bilaterally
Abdominal: Soft, normal bowel sounds, no scars, non-distended
Extremities: warm and well perfused, +3 peripheral edema of lower extremities to thigh bilaterally
Neurologic: sedated, does not arouse to voice
Skin: Warm, dry, no rash
