Cardiovascular: No JVD, regular rhythm, no rubs/murmurs/gallops
Pulmonary: lungs clear to auscultation bilaterally
Abdominal: Soft, grimaces slightly to diffuse abdominal palpation, nondistended, normoactive bowel sounds, no hepatosplenomegaly
Extremities: LLE edematous with 1 cm healing ulceration
Genitourinary: Foley in place, draining green urine
Skin: no rash, warm, and dry
