Vital Signs: Temperature 99.7°F, Blood Pressure 90/50 mmHg on norepinephrine, Heart Rate 100 beats/min, Respiratory Rate 16 breaths/min on ventilator
General Appearance: Intubated, sedated
HEENT: Normal conjunctiva, no scleral icterus, endotracheal tube in place connected to ventilator
Lymph: No lymphadenopathy
Cardiovascular:  jugular venous pressure (JVP) 10 cm, regular rhythm, no rubs/murmurs/gallopsstethoscope
Pulmonary: Coarse breath sounds bilaterally, symmetric, scattered rhonchi
Abdominal: soft, non-tender, non-distended, no hepatosplenomegaly
Extremities: warm, 1+ bilateral lower extremity edema
Neurologic: Sedated, does not follow commands
Skin: Warm, dry, no rash
Genitourinary: Foley catheter in place to gravity with scant urine output
